No mud, no rain, no Janis Joplin, but the dogs lapped it up. The Richmond Animal League put on a great festival for humans and dogs. Pups on Parade were displayed up and down Monument Avenue. Pups on Parade are sculptures created by Richmond artists that will be auctions off on June 5th at the Live Auction and Gala at the Science Museum of Virginia. Here are a few samples.
